An unfinished building of a sizeable representative Baroque chateau of the Lichtenstein family from the second half of the 17th century, built in the complex of a demolished Renaissance chateau of the Pernštejn family, originally a Gothic castle from the 13th century, damaged during the Thirty Years War. Karl Eusebius Lichtenstein made the project of the chateau according to the models of Italian Renaissance. The chateau should have been a four-wing object with two floors of rooms in all the wings.
