Autocamp Zlate piesky is situated to the northeast of the city Bratislava, beside the main highway to Žilina in the district called "Areál zdravia" /Area of Health/ in Zlaté piesky /lake Golden Sands/, the largest recreational and sporting region in Bratislava. The autocamp offers accomodation in caravans, tents, simply equipped chalets, moderately equipped bungalows and 2 apartments. Guests can enjoy swimming in a lake of 54 ha with sandy beach or other facilities such as water-bicycles for hire, water tobogganing, mini - golf, tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, street basketball, children´s play-area or water skiing. The location offers a wide range of possibilities for social and cultural entertainment such as important national and historic monuments of Bratislava or Vienna which is easily accessible even by cruise vessel; the huge water-power plant at Gabčikovo, a cycle-route along the River Danube will take you there; or the famous "Wine - road" in the direction of Pezinok.
